These terms are between you and Grespi Technology Ltd, trading as Beveragino (company no. 15148523, Level One, 86 Queens Road, Buckhurst Hill, England, IG9 5BS). Questions: hello@beveragino.wine.

We're not selling yet

Our first cases are on their way from Italy. Until then you can join our list or reserve a case, but you can't place an order and we won't take any payment.

Reservations

• A reservation tells us what you'd like. It is not an order, and neither of us is bound by it.
• Prices shown when you reserve are estimates. When the case is ready we'll email you the final price, and you decide then whether to buy.
• Quantities are small, so a reservation doesn't guarantee stock. If we can't offer what you reserved we'll tell you and suggest an alternative.
• You can cancel a reservation at any time by emailing us. There's nothing to pay.

Age

It is against the law to sell alcohol to anyone under 18, or to buy it on their behalf. By joining our list, reserving or ordering, you confirm you are 18 or over. Our delivery partners operate Challenge 25: if you look under 25 they'll ask for photo ID, and they won't hand over the parcel to anyone who looks under 18 and can't prove otherwise, or who appears intoxicated.

Buying from us

When we open for orders, these terms also apply:

• Prices include VAT and UK duty. Delivery is charged on top and shown before you pay: from £4.99 in London to £12.99 for the Highlands and Islands. We deliver to UK addresses only.
• Wine is sold by the case: every order is a multiple of 6 bottles.
• Our contract with you is formed when we email to confirm your order. If a wine turns out to be unavailable we'll offer a substitute of equal or greater value, or a refund.
• Cancellation: you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your wine without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then return the unopened bottles within 14 days. We'll refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days of getting them back. You pay for the return unless the wine was faulty or not what you ordered.
• Damaged or faulty wine: tell us within 7 days of delivery, ideally with a photo, and we'll replace or refund it. A corked or faulty bottle can be reported any time before its drink-by window. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
• Someone 18 or over must be present to receive the delivery. If no one is, the courier will try again or return it to us, and we may charge for re-delivery.

Everything else

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you reserve or order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.
